Tournament Sanctioning

The Fall 26 Tournament Planning meeting will be held after the Annual Meeting via Zoom on Sunday, July 19th.

Clubs can email westernpadivision@gmail.com with completed Sanctioning Requests or questions.

Clubs interested in hosting tournaments from August 1st, 2026 through January 31st, 2027 may submit sanctioning requests by emailing their completed Tournament Sanctioning Request Form(s) to westernpadivision@gmail.com.

The Spring 27 Tournament Planning meeting will be held in January 2027 for tournaments from February 1st, 2027 through July 31st, 2027.
