Tournament Sanctioning

The Fall 25 Tournament Planning meeting was held after the Annual Meeting via Zoom on Sunday, July 20th.

Spring 26 Tournament Planning is ongoing; clubs can email westernpadivision@gmail.com with completed Sanctioning Requests or questions.

Clubs interested in hosting tournaments from February 1st, 2026 through July 31st, 2026 may submit sanctioning requests by emailing their completed Tournament Sanctioning Request Form(s) to westernpadivision@gmail.com.

The Fall 26 Tournament Planning meeting will be held after the Annual Meeting in July 2026 for tournaments from August 1st, 2026 through January 31st, 2027.
